Playing For Brian
Brian Keefer is a 22 year-old athlete who plays volleyball, is a jumper in track, and does gymnastics for fun. He was injured in a gymnastic accident and has become paralyzed. Brian has done rehabilitation at Magee Rehab in Philadelphia and at Kennedy Kreiger Institute in Baltimore. He is now back at Lock Haven Universityto continue his education. He has made progress in his recovery but still has a long way to go. Each year we help to host a benefit tournament in Central Pa to help raise money for his medical expenses. There is also activities for the whole family (not just the players) such as a "Serving For Prizes" court. Information for the 2010 Playing For Brian event will be posted once details are finalized.
